This week on Community Matters, we met with members of each of the public libraries in Warren County for a round table to discuss their upcoming fall programs.
The first library we spoke with was Sugar Grove, and we learned about their Book Bucks program. We also talked about their book of the week, their Crafternoon video series and their virtual costume contest!
We then moved over to Sheffield where we were able to learn about their gift card giveaway promotion for students that sign up, and we also talked about their Battle of the Books!
The following library from Sheffield was Tidioute and they are continuing their summer reading program, and their upcoming book sale!
The next library to join in the conversation was the Youngsville library and we talked about their changes for COVID-19 restrictions, and their boosted wifi available in their parking lot, as well as a few other important topics!
Next we talked with Susan Slater about some of the children themed programming that the Warren public library is making available, as well as the recording of their holiday reading program to allow that to be done remotely, and we also mentioned several other programs they are making available!
